carob supafood..


Pick the local carobs!!
Boil for 20 mins, open and de-seed.


Dry pods in sun & grind.
(Keep that ground carob for your cereal too!)

Blend 6 Tbs carob powder
+ 1/4 cup coconut oil
+ 1Tbs peanut butter
+1/2 Ts sweetener e.g. honey
Put in lined dish.
Put in fridge for 2 hours and hey presto :)
Yum - energy bars !
PS Do not eat entire tray in one go, unless want to feel bit sick ;)
