|Pick the local carobs!!|
|Boil for 20 mins, open and de-seed.|
|Dry pods in sun & grind.|
|(Keep that ground carob for your cereal too!)|
|Blend 6 Tbs carob powder |
+ 1/4 cup coconut oil
+ 1Tbs peanut butter
+1/2 Ts sweetener e.g. honey
Put in lined dish.
|Put in fridge for 2 hours and hey presto :) |
Yum - energy bars !
PS Do not eat entire tray in one go, unless want to feel bit sick ;)
